Nando is definately the best teacher I've found so far. His classes are very well organized and structured. He really gets to the point quickly and there's no standing around waiting. And of course He is an amazing dancer anyone can look up to !
I have been attending Time2 Salsa studio for the last 2 months consistently. And I'm really proud of the progress I made since I started. I was an absolute beginner, but now I have a good arsenal of techniques thanks to the class!
You know those people having fun making all those twisty-turns and moves at salsa clubs ? I'm not one of them !
I tried learning by watching youtube videos but ended up making a fool of myself. But since I started taking lessons I have become quite a dancer - or so I've been told !
I've always wanted to learn salsa but was a little intimidated. I decided to try the class and so glad I did! My instructor was warm, encouraging, and made class alot of fun. I'm still learning alot and it's a great place to meet other people that are equally passionate about dancing.
Fun, fun, FUN !
If you have 2 left feet--- relax !
If you are shy with strangers---that's okay !
If you dream of doing a triple spin-- you can learn !
When I first moved to U.S from Puerto Rico was around the time Ricky Martin had blew up with
" Living La vida Loca " . So of course every person I meet asked if I could dance like Ricky Martin. Of course I would lie and say yes. But my secret shame was that I must have been the only Puerto Rican that couldn't dance. Since I joined my skills has improved tremendously to say the least !
